21-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery for:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items must also be shipped back in their original branded packing bags.

HOW RETURNS WORK
It's simple:
1. Email us at returns@sashuthelabel.com
Include your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship your item back to us
4. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return

RETURN SHIPPING
Within Canada:
- First return: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Subsequent returns from the same order: Customer is responsible for return shipping
International Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Email us for return address and instructions
Return Shipping Refund:
When we process your refund, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise refund. This applies to all orders, including those that qualified for free shipping over $200.
Example:
- Order total: $372 (2 items, free shipping - regularly $18) *example cost
- Return 1 item: $186
- Refund: $186 - $18 (original shipping) = $168
Why? The courier service to deliver your order was already completed, and we cover the actual cost of that delivery.

Need a different size or style?
- Email us before returning: returns@sashuthelabel.com
- We'll send your new item right away
- Return the original item with the prepaid label we provide
- No additional shipping cost for exchanges
This ensures you get your new piece quickly while your return is in transit!

Choose store credit and get extra value:

Cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased at 30% off or greater discount
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
- Items without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items returned without their original branded packing bags
- Damaged items (unless defect/damage was present upon arrival)

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?
If we made an error or your item arrived damaged:
Contact us immediately at returns@sashuthelabel.com with:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
- Description of the problem
We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- Issue a full refund, including all shipping costs
- OR send a replacement immediately
Our mistake = we cover everything. No questions asked.
