What is your return policy?
At Sashū The Label, we understand that sometimes things don't quite fit or feel right. That's why we've made our return process simple and customer-friendly.
Returns Accepted for 14 Days: We accept returns within 14 days of your item's arrival. Eligible items must be in their original condition with tags attached and must be returned in the original packaging.
Free Return Shipping (Within Canada): We offer free return shipping for orders within Canada to make the process hassle-free for you.
15% Restocking Fee: Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.
No Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for items returned within the specified timeframe.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at returns@sashuthelabel.com with your order number and reason for returning.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customercare@sashuthelabel.com with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
Exchanges
At this time, we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, free return shipping within Canada, and repurchase. Our team is happy to assist you with placing a new order for the correct size. Please contact us at returns@sashuthelabel.com
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear in your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
Refunds will be issued in the same form that the order was placed.
