What is your return policy?
At Sashū The Label, we understand that sometimes things don't quite fit or feel right. That's why we've made our return process simple and customer-friendly.
Returns Accepted for 14 Days: We accept returns within 14 days of your item's arrival. Eligible items must be in their original condition with tags attached and must be returned in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or that are missing tags may be refused or only eligible for partial refund at our discretion.
No Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for items returned within the specified timeframe.
Return Shipping & Refund Details
Free Return Shipping (Within Canada): We are happy to provide one (1) complimentary pre-paid return shipping label per original order specifically for returns due to a sizing or fit issue.
Original Shipping Deduction: If your original order qualified for free shipping (e.g., spent over $200), you were not charged for the initial delivery.

However, because the courier service was already completed to deliver your package, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your total merchandise refund. (This standard deduction helps us responsibly cover the cost of the delivery service that has been rendered.)

Defective/Incorrect Item: If the error was ours, please contact us immediately! We cover all costs, and no deduction will apply to your refund.

Subsequent Returns: If you require an additional return, or if the reason is a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customercare@sashuthelabel.com with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number so we can make this right immediately. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
Exchanges
Instead of offering automatic exchanges our system operates on a refund & repurchase method: Due to the high demand and ever-changing stock levels in our small, curated collection, we've found that processing returns for a refund and having you place a new order is the fastest way to guarantee you secure the new size you want. It prevents the item from selling out while your return is in transit and ensures rapid delivery of your replacement!
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Processing Time: Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected, processed, and the refund initiated. You will receive an e-mail notification once this step is complete.
Bank Reflection Time: After the refund is initiated, please allow up to 2 weeks (10 business days) for the funds to appear in your bank account, as reflection times vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will always be issued to the same form of payment used for the original order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at returns@sashuthelabel.com with your order number and reason for returning.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
