DELIVERY ISSUES & LIABILITY
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Consider shipping to a secure location (workplace, trusted neighbour) if theft is a concern
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If damaged, photograph the box, label, and contents immediately before fully unpacking

Incorrect Address:
